Changes since 3.1:
Fixed issue #7084 (NotEmptyValidator does not work with EntityCollection<T>)
Fixed issue #7087 (AbstractValidator.Custom ignores RuleSets and always runs)
Removed support for WP7 for now as it doesn't support co/contravariance without crashing.

I keep discovering new uses to use this library. It made my life so much simpler. The only wish I have would be a .Net 3.0/3.5 version (either); We are stuck with a few projects that can't be upgraded to 4.0 yet so a 3.5 version would be nice.
